They have the "assembly line" done to a science which makes for quick service. Lunch combo is decently priced near 5.00 but with no drink. Their green beans are good, that's what I normally get for a side.

This place is horrible. They give tiny portions they're really pushy and rude and the food sucks. The sesame chicken was tiny and cold and they gave one bite of lomein. If you're near the area just go across the food court to little Tokyo it's a lot better and they're nicer

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food is actually good. The way the place is managed is another story. I have come here multiple times (again, only for the good food). However, I have come to realize how unprofessionally they run their business. They want their place to seem like they constantly have customers lined up. Therefore, they try to keep you there for as long as possible. IT IS OBNOXIOUS. I have been here countless times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I am stuck there waiting for at least 10 minutes while my food is sitting there ready to be paid for. They pull you in, quickly put your two sides on the plate, and then let it sit there while they refill samples, mix rice, refill already full trays of food, and do other unnecessary things. Eventually, after more people come over, they'll put the rest of the food on your plate, put it on the top, and let it sit there while you wait to pay for it. Again, they stall to keep you there as long as possible. I have noticed this multiple times before and was going to write a review, but was hesitant. However, after I went yesterday and waited over fifteen minutes for my food (no other customers were coming over so my food sat there even longer than usual) I finally decided I had enough and decided to write this review. By the time I was finally able to pay for my food, it was cold from sitting there for so long (not to mention the flies that were flying around it while it was sitting there, waiting to be paid for). Not sure I am ever going to go back, and have honestly considered writing a complaint to the mall itself. Maybe I'll just go to their competition, Little Tokyo, from now on.
